HOW TO USE:

  1. Connect the drill to the drill.
  2. Use another tool to measure the diameter of the required hole size.
  3. Select the corresponding size of the step drill
  4. Install the step drill bit correctly on the electric drill, and finally aim at the position of the target hole, which is perpendicular to the workpiece.
  5. Start drilling to the required size.



NOTE: As the outer diameter of each step drill gradually expands, the corresponding cutting resistance and linear speed will also gradually increase. The step drill relies entirely on the chamfer, which is 1 mm long. If the feed rate is too high during drilling, it will easily be annealed due to chamfer wear. Please apply a downward force during drilling; do not press too hard to avoid edge wear.
